Frequently Asked Questions

How can I order?

Ordering with us is super easy! Simply click the “Order Now” button on our homepage, scan the QR code on our menus, or give us a call on 01392 927788.
We do accept walk-ins, however please note that at peak times there may be a wait.
We strongly advise calling ahead or ordering online where possible to avoid disappointment.

Customers whose postcodes are not covered by our website can also find us on JustEat and UberEats (radius limit applies). Lunchtime delivery is available only via these apps and Deliveroo.
Menu and delivery prices may differ for third-party apps.

How long is the wait time?

Walk-in and collection wait times are usually between 10-20mins but can vary depending on the day, time of ordering and size/type of order. We always suggest ordering online or by phone to minimise in-store waiting times. Delivery times range from 30mins at off-peak times and can reach 90mins at our busiest times*. (*generally Fridays/Saturdays between 6-7:30pm).

If you are placing an order online, your collection/delivery time will be shown on a second email which is sent once your order has been accepted by the kitchen. Please look out for this and check your junk email folder if you have not received it. If you would like to know the wait time before placing an online order, simply give us a call on 01392 927788 where we can advise of current order volumes.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Our menu is clearly labelled with Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten Free options. Items with a Gluten Free option available carry a 50p surcharge due to the additional time and ingredients used to prepare these dishes. If you have any other dietary requirements please ask to speak to a manager when ordering.
Although we take every precaution available, please be aware that due to the nature of our kitchen operation we are unable to completely eliminate the possibility of cross-contamination between different ingredients. We do not have separate deep frying facilities for meat/allergen containing ingredients.

Why don’t you accept cash?

Like many other businesses, we made the decision to go cashless as a safety measure during the COVID-19 pandemic. We’ve since kept things this way in order to provide a fuss-free collection and delivery process for both staff and customers. Drivers can deliver orders quicker, and you don’t need to worry about queuing up to pay when you collect your meal!
We’ve also eliminated a significant security risk by removing the handling of cash on-site and for our drivers.
